Oil moved up and out of Pete’s White House Buy Range, and the US Dollar is at a resistance level built over a year ago. any move higher means rates are up, and bond prices are down. That could mean a drag on overseas revenue for the multi-nationals. Pete reviews the Dow Theory using Dow Transports vs. the Dow Jones.
